250 g fruits Crunchy Muesli
50 g of butter biscuits
125 g of butter
250 ml of milk
150 g of whipped cream
4 tbsp sugar
1 packet of pudding powder “vanilla flavor”
350 g strawberries 60 g meringue
- Put the cereals and biscuits in a freezer bag and finely chop (roll over) with the cake roll. Melt butter. Mix butter and muesli mix. Bottom of a springform (about 26 cm Ø) thinly with oil. Spread the muesli-butter mix over it and press firmly on the edge (approx. 2 cm) and bottom. Leave the soil cold for at least 1 hour.
2. Stir 50 ml of milk, sugar and custard powder until smooth. Boil cream and 200 ml of milk. Stir in the pudding powder and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl, cover the surface with foil and allow to cool lukewarm.
3.Wash strawberries, clean and quarter. Break meringue into pieces. Stir the pudding until smooth. Stir in 3/4 of strawberries and meringue and spread the cream on the cereal bottom and chill for about 45 minutes. Release tart from the mold. Distribute meringue and strawberries on the tart before serving.
